Kata - Taikyoku San Dan

Yoi - ready stance facing towards the north

1. Turn 90 to the left into a left foot forward back stance facing west and execute a left arm outside block.

2. Step forward into a right foot forward front stance and punch to the mid section with the right fist.

3. Turn 180 to the right into a right foot forward back stance facing east and execute a right arm outside block.

4. Step forward into a left foot forward front stance and punch to the mid section with the left fist.

5. Turn 90 to the left into a left foot forward front stance facing north and execute a left low block.

6. Step forward with the right foot into a horse stance facing west, looking and striking north, and punch to the mid section with the right fist.

7. Step forward with the left foot into a horse stance facing east, looking and striking north and punch to the mid section with the left fist.

8. Step forward with the right foot into a horse stance facing west, looking and striking north and punch to the mid section with the right fist, "KIAI."

9. Turn 270 to the left into a left foot forward back stance facing east and execute a left arm outside block.

10. Step forward into a right foot forward front stance and punch to the mid section with the right fist.

11. Turn 180 to the right into a right foot forward back stance facing west and execute a right arm outside block.

12. Step forward into a left foot forward front stance and punch to the mid section with the left fist.

13. Turn 90 to the left into a left foot forward front stance facing south and execute a left low block.

14. Step forward with the right foot into a horse stance facing east, looking and striking south and punch to the mid section with the right fist.

15. Step forward with the left foot into a horse stance facing west, looking and striking south and punch to the mid section with the left fist.

16. Step forward with the right foot into a horse stance facing east, looking and striking south punch to the mid section with the right fist, "KIAI."

17. Turn 270 to the left into a left foot forward back stance facing west and execute a left arm outside block.

18. Step forward into a right foot forward front stance and punch to the mid section with the right fist.

19. Turn 180 to the right into a right foot forward back stance facing east and execute a right arm outside block.

20. Step forward into a left foot forward front stance and punch to the mid section with the left fist.

Yame - Turn 90 towards the left and return to ready stance facing north.
