Yoi - ready stance facing towards the north
1. Turn 90 to the left into a left foot forward back stance facing west and execute a combination left knife hand block and right high palm block.
2. Turn 180 to the right into a right foot forward back stance facing east and execute a combination right knife hand block and left high palm block.
3. Turn 90 to the left into a left foot forward front stance facing north and execute a double cross low block with the fists crossed at the wrists and the fingers facing out.
4. Step forward into a right foot forward back stance facing north and execute a right reinforced outside block with the left fist placed against the right forearm.
5. Raise the left foot into a crane stance facing north and looking west.
6. Execute a left side kick towards the west.
7. Step down with the left foot into a left foot forward front stance facing west and execute a right elbow strike against the left palm.
8. Raise the right foot into a crane stance facing north and looking east.
9. Execute a right side kick towards the east.
10. Step down with the right foot into a right foot forward front stance facing east and execute a left elbow strike against the right palm.
11. Without stepping, execute a combination right high palm block to the rear and left low palm block to the rear.
12. Without stepping, pivot on the balls of the feet and turn 90 to the left into a left foot forward front stance facing north and execute a combination left high palm block and right knife hand strike to the side of the neck.
13. Execute a right front kick towards the north.
14. Hop forward and land in an X - stance facing north with the right foot in front of the left. Execute a right back fist strike to the philtrum, "KIAI."
15. Turn 225 to the left into a left foot forward front stance facing south-east and execute a double outside forearm block with the fingers facing out. This block should be executed slowly demonstrating power and tension in the movement.
16. Execute a right front kick towards the south-east.
17. Land in a right foot forward front stance and punch to the body with the right fist.
18. Without stepping, punch to the body with the left fist.
19. Turn 90 to the right into a right foot forward front stance facing south-west and execute a double outside forearm block with the fingers facing out. This block should be executed slowly demonstrating power and tension in the movement.
20. Execute a left front kick towards the south-west.
21. Land in a left foot forward front stance and punch to the body with the left fist.
22. Without stepping, punch to the body with the right fist.
23. Turn 45 to the left into a left foot forward back stance facing south and execute a left reinforced outside block with the right fist placed against the left forearm.
24. Step forward into a right foot forward back stance facing south and execute a right reinforced outside block with the left fist placed against the right forearm.
25. Step forward into a left foot forward back stance facing south and execute a left reinforced outside block with the right fist placed against the left forearm.
26. Turn 45 to the left into a left foot forward front stance facing south-east and bring the hands up as if grabbing behind the opponents head.
27. Pull the arms down sharply and raise the right knee in order to execute a right knee strike to the opponent's face.

28. Turn 180 to the left and step down to the rear with the right foot into a left foot forward back stance facing north-west. Execute a left double knife hand block
29. Turn 90 to the right and step with the right foot into a right foot forward back stance facing north-east. Execute a right double knife hand block.
Yame - Turn 45 towards the left and return to ready stance facing north.
